Updating features
When you purchase The Hallmark Directory it comes complete with a years subscription to our update package, this allows for the directory to always be up to date with the latest information.
There are currently three different ways in which you can receive the updates:
- Automatic Updates via 'Courtel' - if you have CourtServe 2000 or CourtServe 100 the updates are automatically downloaded and installed
- Online Download - you can download the updates from our server using our secure login FTP site
- CD Updates - receive a disc quarterly with the latest updates by agreement only
An email notification will be sent when a new version is available for those without automatic updating.
